Hot Oil Massage is the use of essential oils for therapeutic benefits, enhancing the well-being, restoring balance and revitalizing the mind and body. Essential oils are derived from various parts of plants (e.g.: fruits, seeds, roots stems, bark and flowers). Aromatherapy works by the absorption of these essential oils through the skin and/or through the nose, into the blood stream and then to various areas of the body.
